At the Women's Triathlon there are opportunities to display and set up stalls presenting retailers with the perfect chance to interact directly with over 1,300 women who buy and consume your products. It is the most cost-effective way to reach your target market, as well as it being the perfect platform for recruiting new customers and strengthening relationships with existing clients.

Please Note:
- All prices include GST
- Bump in occurs 2 hours prior or the day before.
- The Women's Triathlon holds registration the day before the event, therefore exhibitors must be ready to go on Saturday 18th February at 1pm
- No vehicles are to be parked in the 'event village', exhibitors must unload in the specified bump in time and remove their vehicle from the area.
- All applications to exhibit at the Women's Triathlon are subject to approval. As the Women's Triathlon has many loyal sponsors, certain products may create conflict of interest with our sponsors and therefore we reserve the right to approve all applicants.
- Any extra items ordered will be delivered to your marquee at the beginning of the day.
Participant Packs
Each Participant who enters the Women's Triathlon will recieve a race pack upon registration pack collection. The participant registration pack is a great opportunity to provide information about your products or services for participants.

Website Advertising
Why not advertise here! - on the Women's Triathlon Website. The Women's Triathlon website allows participants to easily access event information and is the portal for participant regisrations. The site has regular traffic passing through which increases closer to the event. In the 2011 event there were 3214 unique visitors to the site for the month of March, and 11036 between November to March. This is an excellent way to reach your target audience at a minimal cost.
